Watching the make-over scene in PRINCESS DIARY
The guy is trying to brush her curly dry hair.
I’ll say it again if you didn’t get it: the famous stylist, who should know all there is to know about hair care, is trying to brush a curly, extremely curly hair, dry.
Do I need to point out the stupidity? Brushing curly hair when it’s dry only manages to destroy the curls and turn it into a unidentified mass of frizz. It’ doesn’t untangle it. It just ruins it.
If you do want to do something with her hair.
THEN FUCKING WASH IT FIRST.
Just don’t watch the film! The books were brilliant and they changed everything! :(
I’ve had long, extremely curly hair for all of my 21 years and I didn’t know you’re not supposed to brush it when dry! lol maybe that’s why it’s such an unsalvageable mess most of the time.
